The Role
As our Administration Trainee, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily office operations and assisting our team across a range of business activities. This position blends communication, organisation, and customer service, providing the perfect environment to learn and grow.
While working full time, you’ll complete your Certificate III in Business during your first 12 months with us.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including inbox support, phone support, data entry, and general office organisation.
- Provide friendly and professional phone and email support to apprentices, employers, and industry partners.
- Help maintain accurate records, documentation and information.
- Work collaboratively across the team to support projects, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming office environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Good computer literacy with confidence using Microsoft Office and online systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team culture.
- Previous experience in an office, retail, hospitality or construction environment is valued but not essential.
