Apprentice Mechanical Plumber – Heating & Cooling

We’re looking for a motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our team specialising in heating, cooling, and mechanical services.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade hands-on and build a career in the HVAC industry.

You’ll work alongside qualified and licensed Mechanical Services plumbers, gaining valuable experience, mentoring, and on-the-job training in residential and light commercial systems.

About the Role

As an apprentice, you will learn to:

• Install and service split systems, ducted refrigerated, and gas ducted heating systems
• Assist with ventilation and zoning installations
• Perform copper pipework, drainage, and gas fitting tasks under supervision
• Troubleshoot system faults and learn diagnostic techniques
• Maintain a professional attitude and strong customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards

Must Have:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude
• A genuine interest in heating, cooling, and plumbing
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Current driver’s licence or working towards one (preferred)
