Civil Construction Apprentice
Supreme Civil & Constructions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Construction Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an exciting hands-on role where you’ll gain real industry experience, learn valuable life skills, and build a long-term career in civil construction.

You’ll be working alongside—and learning directly from—some of the best in the industry. Our highly experienced team will mentor you, guiding you through safe work practices and teaching you the correct and professional way to perform civil construction tasks.
What You’ll Learn & Do
You will be involved in a wide range of civil construction activities, including but not limited to:
- Learning to operate plant and heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, graders, rollers, and trucks
- Assisting in roadworks, footpath construction, drainage installation, landscaping and other civil tasks
- Learning formwork, reinforcement and concrete pouring for kerb & gutter, footpaths, walls, and drainage pits
- Using and maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting construction plans
- Learning to use GPS technology including total stations
- Working outdoors in various environments
- Completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction, fully supported by Supreme Civil
