Apprentice Stairbuilder

AllStairs has an opportunity for an apprentice stairbuilder to join our team. 

We specialise in all types of timber staircases, from commercial projects to multi dwelling apartments to custom architectural stairs in prestige homes. We offer the opportunity for both manufacturing in our Bayswater factory within a supportive and friendly team environment or for hands on installation support to our senior installers on site.

We find people tend to have a preference for either making or installing, but we are happy to give you the experience in both aspects so you can develop your career along the pathway that suits you best.

We offer award wages, clean and comfortable working conditions and high quality advanced woodworking machinery. 

We are looking for someone who is ready to start either now.

To be successful you will need to have the following: 

• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Very keen to learn.
• Have a basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in working with timber.
• Ability to get to and from work independently.
