Carpentry Apprentice
Apprentice Carpenter (2nd–4th Year)
Allen Brothers Construction are seeking a dedicated 2nd–4th year apprentice carpenter to join our team, working on custom high-end renovations and new builds. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys tackling architectural details, and wants to see projects through from the very first foundations to the final fix-out and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all stages of bespoke residential projects — from structural work to detailed finishes
- Work closely with tradespeople on renovations, interpreting and executing architectural details with precision
- Assist with framing, fix-outs, and finishing carpentry to the highest standard
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd–4th year apprentice carpenter
- Renovation experience and confidence reading plans and working through architectural details highly regarded
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Own transport and basic tool kit preferred
