Apprentice Chef

We are looking for a Apprentice chef to join our team. You will be working alongside our Head chef and fantastic chefs and apprentices.

You will be completing Certificate III in Cooking. Flexible working hours and conditions available and full training will be provided. Some experience in a kitchen environment will be preferred. Apprenticeship fees will be paid for, for the right applicant. Apologies, no sponsorship available

The successful candidate will: 

• Be punctual and reliable. 
• Have good communication skills. 
• Be well presented. 
• Be willing to work weekends. 
• Work well in a team environment. 

Duties will include: 

• Food preparation and food safety. 
• Hygienic practices. 
• Use and operation of wood-fired pizza oven.
• General kitchen duties.
• Learning a full and comprehensive menu.
• Completing the In-House training modules in a timely manner.
