2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Mechanical Plumber

SP & R GROUP are currently looking for an 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Mechanical Plumber to join our dynamic team. (Mature age welcome to apply also).

At SP&R Group, We are a successful Mechanical Services company located in Hallam. We cover all Melbourne suburbs with a wide variety of clients from Health Clubs, Shopping Centre's and Commercial Properties to Aged Care Facilities.

Duties will involve: 

• Coordinate meetup with mechanical plumber, attend and complete daily job tasks as booked and coordinated by Project Managers, ensuring a high standard of work is carried out
• Assisting the Mechanical Plumber in providing high quality workmanship to all jobs and projects.
• Monitor and follow calendared tasks, utilising mechanical plumber for assistance when needed
• Submit and complete time sheets daily for invoicing purposes
• Report any outside of scope works and unaccounted issues that arise to mechanical plumber for prompt action
• Attend regular toolbox talks as instructed by management
• Ensure OH&S safety procedures are always followed, and provided PPE is used
• Attend and assist other departments on jobs as required
• Attend manufacture training as instructed by management
• Attend Trade school as required

Must also be willing obtain the following if doesn't already:

• Working With Children Check
• Current Police Check
