About the Role
As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll learn the ropes of end-to-end residential property management while supporting the team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone motivated, organised, and keen to build a career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with property inspections, lease preparation, and tenancy management
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Support the team with processing applications, condition reports, and maintenance requests
- Learn compliance requirements under the Residential Tenancies Act
- Contribute to a growing rental portfolio and business success
Skills & Experience
- Eager to learn and build a career in end-to-end property management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in property management or customer service is a plus, but not essential
