About Us
At Ridgeline Construction, we’re a small but ambitious team specialising in high-quality second-story additions, extensions and major renovations. Based in Sydney’s East and Inner West, we’ve got a full pipeline of exciting residential projects for the next 24 months – and we’re looking for a keen 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll learn from experienced, skilled tradesmen across all stages of residential construction. As a Ridgeline apprentice, you won't just be sweeping floors — you'll get exposure to every part of the building process, including:
- Site setup and set-out
- Steel fixing and formwork
- Structural steel installation
- Full carpentry works from framing to finish
- Collaborating with other trades on-site
- Seeing jobs through to final handover
This is a genuine pathway to a long-term career in the industry, with opportunities to grow your skills and take on more responsibility as you develop.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s:
- Eager to learn and excited to build a career in construction
- A team player who shows up and gets involved
- Has great communication skills
- Physically fit and ready to work on-site
- Holds a Driver’s Licence and White Card(General Construction Induction)
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
