The Opportunity
We have a full-time Trainee Recruitment Administrator position available at our Head Office in Traralgon, starting as soon as possible or in early 2026.This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of Recruitment and HR and build a long-term career in a professional industry.
You will be working closely with our Recruitment Consultants & Support Staff, learning how the industry works while gaining real skills and experience that can take you anywhere.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming visitors and managing our front desk
- Helping people register for job opportunities
- Collecting and organising important candidate documents
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Keeping our database up to date
- Supporting the team with admin and office tasks
- Assisting with marketing content and social media updates
Who We are Looking For:
We don’t expect you to have experience — we will teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is yourattitude and enthusiasm.
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Are organised, proactive, and keen to learn
- Have strong attention to detail and can juggle multiple tasks
- Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bring a positive attitude, a sense of humour, and a strong work ethic
