About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to kickstart their culinary career as an Apprentice Chef in a supportive, professional kitchen. While commercial kitchen experience is a bonus, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key. As part of this full-time apprenticeship, you will train in:

• Basic culinary and knife skills.
• Knowledge of ingredients, with a focus on Levantine flavours.
• Use of commercial equipment and kitchen procedures.

Your Main Duties

• Assisting the chef in meal preparation and cooking.
• Learning kitchen procedures and duties under supervision.
• Operating commercial cooking equipment (e.g., mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens, stoves).
• Serving food when required.
• Maintaining kitchen cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Assisting in other areas of food preparation and storage.
