Apprentice Bakers Wanted – Bakers Delight Coburns Melton

We’re looking for full-time Apprentice Bakers to join our team!
No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm. If you’re already in your 2nd or 3rd year, we’d love to hear from you too.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bake fresh, high-quality products

  • Keep the bakery clean, safe, and organised

  • Assist with stock and production

  • Learn new baking skills and techniques

  • Provide great customer service when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for baking and learning new skills

  • Positive attitude and team spirit

  • Basic reading and maths skills

  • Reliability and commitment

  • Willingness to work early mornings (from 4am) and weekends
