Our client Sandvik Mining & Construction Australia, a large engineering company located in Kewdale, has an exciting opportunity for a self- motivated individual who is looking for a comprehensive working and learning experience supported by the first nations pathway program.

Upon successful completion, you will have gained a nationally recognised qualification.

Working within a small team, this position offers a variety of administrative tasks and includes the below key responsibilities:

  • Assisting management and team with daily general administrative tasks
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues, both in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking data entry and filing as required
  • Ordering supplies such as stationery and groceries

Successful Candidates will:

  • Have a can-do attitude, be reliable and motivated to succeed
  • Be committed to a program of on the job learning and formal training
  • Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ideally have completed year 10
  • Have a commitment to attendance
  • Be able to get on with others and be a team-player
  • Have demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
  • Have demonstrate good planning and organising skills
  • Have a strong safety awareness
  • Have a current WA Driver’s Licence
