Our client Sandvik Mining & Construction Australia, a large engineering company located in Kewdale, has an exciting opportunity for a self- motivated individual who is looking for a comprehensive working and learning experience supported by the first nations pathway program.
Upon successful completion, you will have gained a nationally recognised qualification.
Working within a small team, this position offers a variety of administrative tasks and includes the below key responsibilities:
- Assisting management and team with daily general administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients and colleagues, both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking data entry and filing as required
- Ordering supplies such as stationery and groceries
Successful Candidates will:
- Have a can-do attitude, be reliable and motivated to succeed
- Be committed to a program of on the job learning and formal training
- Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ideally have completed year 10
- Have a commitment to attendance
- Be able to get on with others and be a team-player
- Have demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
- Have demonstrate good planning and organising skills
- Have a strong safety awareness
- Have a current WA Driver’s Licence
