Apprentice Chef – Wild Hop Brewing Company
Wild Hop Brewing Company, a 150-seat brew-pub located in the Yallingup Hills, is looking for an Apprentice Chef to join our small, supportive kitchen team. We offer a “family style” share menu featuring wood-fired proteins paired with seasonal vegetables and salads.
We trade 7 days a week, with day shifts only (no nights or early mornings). Our kitchen works at a fast pace, and work schedules will include weekends.

About the role:
While commercial kitchen experience is a bonus, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key.
This apprenticeship will train you in:
Basic culinary and knife skills
Knowledge of ingredients
Use of commercial equipment and kitchen procedures
Your main duties include:
Assisting the chef in meal preparation and cooking
Learning kitchen procedures and duties under supervision
Operating commercial cooking equipment (mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens, stoves)
Serving food when required
Kitchen cleaning and sanitation
Assisting in other areas of food preparation and storage
