Apprentice Motor Mechanic
Akaal Auto Careare currently looking for an Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic to join the team, to complete aCertificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
Working with qualified and skilled motor mechanics you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support.
If you have a passion with cars and want to make it into a career, this is the job for you!
Duties will involve:
- Vehicle servicing & repairs
- Diagnostics & inspections
- Tyre, brakes & suspension work
- 4x4 upgrades & accessories
- Customer handover & workshop safety
- Maintenance of the workshop and garage.
The successful candidate will:
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Be safety conscious.
- Punctual, reliable, team player
- Keen to learn, school leavers welcome
Preferred but not essential:
Experience in the automotive industry
Driver’s licence
White card
- First aid
