  • Support senior FOH staff in wine service, beverage pairing, and maintaining RSA compliance when serving alcohol.

  • Assist in managing reservations and guest seating flow.

  • Develop knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette.

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area.

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Undertake structured on-the-job training as part of your apprenticeship program.

Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in hospitality and fine dining.

  • Willingness to learn and follow guidance from experienced FOH professionals.

  • Current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willing to obtain before starting).

  • Professional presentation and grooming standards.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Opportunities:

  • Receive hands-on training in classical French dining service and hospitality.

  • Learn wine service and beverage knowledge under professional supervision.

  • Complete a nationally recognised hospitality apprenticeship qualification.
