Apprentice Program Manager (Recruitment & Management Services) 

State: SOUTH AUSTRALIA  Location: Olympic Dam

The Apprenticeship Program Manager (internal title – Contract Manager) is responsible for the overall management of the MEGT service contract for the site as per the contract terms and to manage the relationship with the client. The role has a strong focus on meeting the contract KPIs around the training and development of apprentices with a particular focus on safety. The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the risk management process and implementation of control measures with a focus on zero harm.

Contact Officer (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: VICTORIA  Location: Camberwell

The role of the Contact Officer provides an important support role within MEGT ANP team, it is responsible for monitoring the progress of Australian Apprentices and providing a courteous and efficient service to employers, Australian Apprentices and other stakeholders. This role will involve organising and conducting scheduled contacts, following up queries and managing administrative functions.

State: QUEENSLAND  Location: Milton

This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Division and is responsible for providing internal and external clients excellent customer service with resolved outcomes. This must be provided in line with measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with all aspects of the Australian Apprenticeship Federal and State Guidelines, together with any administrative processes required to achieve this goal.

The primary role of the Recruitment & Career Support Officer (internal title – Career Hub Support Officer) is to provide quality support to employers, job seekers, internal clients and other stakeholders accessing MEGT’s Career Hub.
