Apprenticeships Field Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: AUSTRALIA-WIDE Location:
This role is key to driving business opportunities, completing Sign-ups and developing innovative solutions while providing a high standard of service to new and existing clients alike. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable in a sales environment and can work autonomously to efficiently manage their time, negotiate competing priorities and influence clients they work with to create new business opportunities. The incumbent will be required to effectively work with internal stakeholders at all levels to achieve set targets and KPIs.
Assistant Apprenticeships Field Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY Location: Canberra

This position is an important support role within the MEGT ANP Field Operations Team. Energy and enthusiasm in performing the facilitation of sign ups and various other tasks will challenge the employee to provide the highest standard of service within MEGT Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP).
Customer Service Officer – CPU (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: NEW SOUTH WALES Location: Parramatta

This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Division and is responsible for providing internal and external clients excellent customer service with resolved outcomes. This must be provided in line with measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with all aspects of the Australian Apprenticeship Federal and State Guidelines, together with any administrative processes required to achieve this goal.
Early Childhood Education & Care Trainer/Assessor (Education)
State: NEW SOUTH WALES Location: Sydney City Campus
The purpose of the Trainer/Assessor role is to enhance the students’ learning experience by providing high quality, engaging training and assessment that addresses the needs of the student and complies with all MEGT and various regulating bodies, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
Field Officer (Recruitment & Management Services)
State: SOUTH AUSTRALIA Location: Adelaide
The field officer will have the responsibility for marketing and promoting MEGT Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) through the activity of new and existing visits and recruitment functions. This role focuses on developing relationships with host employers and candidates while creating additional placement through effective host employer targeting and account management.
Microsoft Traineeship Program Officer (Internal title: Industry Employment Consultant) (Recruitment & Management Services)
State: NEW SOUTH WALES Location: Sydney CBD
The primary objective of an Industry Employment Consultant is to maximise apprentice & trainee completion rates within their caseload through the effective mentoring of employers, apprentices and trainees in accordance with the Australian National Standards, while building and maintaining effective relationships with our reputable client base.
Onsite Training & Development Manager (Recruitment & Management Services)
State: SOUTH AUSTRALIA Location: Olympic Dam

The Onsite Training & Development Manager is responsible for co-ordination of Apprentice training, development, mentoring and safety. The role has a strong focus on meeting the contract KPIs around the training and development of Apprentices with a particular focus on safety and improved training outcomes. In conjunction with the Contract Manager the Onsite Training & Development Manager is responsible for coordinating the risk management process and implementation of control measures with a focus on zero harm.
