Apprenticeships Field Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: AUSTRALIA-WIDE Location: Epping, VIC; Mackay, QLD
This role is key to driving business opportunities, completing Sign-ups and developing innovative solutions while providing a high standard of service to new and existing clients alike. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable in a sales environment and can work autonomously to efficiently manage their time, negotiate competing priorities and influence clients they work with to create new business opportunities. The incumbent will be required to effectively work with internal stakeholders at all levels to achieve set targets and KPIs.
Assistant Apprenticeships Field Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY Location: Canberra

This position is an important support role within the MEGT ANP Field Operations Team. Energy and enthusiasm in performing the facilitation of sign ups and various other tasks will challenge the employee to provide the highest standard of service within MEGT Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP).
Contact Officer (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: WESTERN AUSTRALIA Location: Perth

The role of the Contact Officer provides an important support role within MEGT ANP team, it is responsible for monitoring the progress of Australian Apprentices and providing a courteous and efficient service to employers, Australian Apprentices and other stakeholders. This role will involve organising and conducting scheduled contacts, following up queries and managing administrative functions.

Field Officer (Recruitment & Management Services)
State: WESTERN AUSTRALIA Location: Leederville

The field officer will have the responsibility for marketing and promoting MEGT Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) through the activity of new and existing visits and recruitment functions. This role focuses on developing relationships with host employers and candidates while creating additional placement through effective host employer targeting and account management.
Industry Mentor – Automotive (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
State: NEW SOUTH WALES Location: Parramatta
The Industry Mentor is primarily responsible for working with the Program Manager to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set via the ISMAA Contract are achieved in all areas. The role requires an operator with experience and expertise in the relevant industry, including the impacts of structural changes and how this relates to Australian Apprenticeship pathways. In addition, the role requires a good understanding of the workplace and training context of Australian Apprenticeships in the industry, and good mentoring skills with the ability to build rapport with Australian Apprentices, employers and other relevant stakeholders. An enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and displays a positive attitude will find this a rewarding role.
