State: NEW SOUTH WALES  Location: Dubbo (reporting to the Orange office)

Business Development Manager (Recruitment & Management Services) 

State: NEW SOUTH WALES  Location: Parramatta or Sydney CBD

The Business Development Manager will have the responsibility for marketing and promoting MEGT Recruitment and Management Services to potential Host Employers and creating placements for Australian Apprentices. A demonstrated understanding of business development processes, marketing strategies and an ability to effectively network are essential qualities of the person in this role. A self-starter, who generates leads and then follows up on every lead is required. Travel within the defined geographical area and back to the State’s Head Office will be necessary in this role.

Customer Service Officer Field (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: QUEENSLAND  Location: Loganholme

Closing date: 25/01/2017

This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Field Team and is responsible for providing internal and external clients quality customer service in the areas on Universal, Gateway and In-Training. The role will be varied and involve performing Progress Contacts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP field staff in completing their roles. The role must be completed in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with relevant guidelines. Energy and enthusiasm for the various programs and activities of the company should be displayed in all dealings with internal and external clients.  A self-starter who can efficiently manage time frames is required for this role.

Field Officer (Recruitment & Management Services) 

State: NEW SOUTH WALES  Location: Lambton

Closing date: 23/01/2017

The field officer will have the responsibility for marketing and promoting MEGT Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) through the activity of new and existing visits. This role focuses on developing relationships with host employers and candidates while creating additional placement through effective host employer targeting and account management. A proven demonstrated understanding of relationship management and mentoring will be critical to the success of the position. Travel within the defined geographical area and back to the state’s head office will be necessary in this role. Please note: the responsibilities and duties of this role will be evenly split between apprentice/trainee support and business development.

Marketing Coordinator (Office of the CEO/Marketing) 

State: VICTORIA  Location: Ringwood

This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd. Reporting to the Brand & Campaign Manager and liaising closely with the rest of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating all Marketing brand & campaign activity so they are delivered on time, within budget, at a high standard and within contractual and brand guidelines. VTEC Marketing Consultant (RMS/IATN) 

State: VICTORIA  Location: Epping

The objective of a VTEC is to provide comprehensive pre-employment training that empowers Indigenous job seekers (including school leavers and eligible persons) to address their barriers to employment, build on their strengths, and provide employer directed training that leads to a guaranteed job at the completion of the pre-employment training.
