Education Manager- Ability English (Education)
The purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations of Ability English.The Education Manager is to provide leadership, direction, supervision and training to the Academic staff as well as support and guidance to Ability English students.
Field Operations Manager (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
MEGT’s Field Operations Managers oversee MEGT Field staff and have the responsibility for delivering the sales and stakeholder engagement activities of MEGT’s AASN Contract as specified by DET within their designated region. They are also accountable for the delivery of Progress Contracts that meet and exceed Contractual obligations whilst ensuring that KPIs are met to enable MEGT to capture all fee for service available under Universal and Targeted services. The role will challenge the incumbent to drive and lead the sales, marketing and promotion of MEGT as a quality Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP).
Mentor (Apprenticeship Network Provider)
MEGT (Australia) Ltd will provide mentoring and pastoral care to Australian Apprentices as part of In-training support services under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Contract. All eligible Australian Apprentices will be assessed and have the opportunity to seek support through In-training support services. Apprentices identified as requiring higher level support will receive support from a dedicated mentor. The aim of In-training support services is to improve Australian Apprentice completion rates. An enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and displays a positive attitude will find this a rewarding role.
National Sales Manager (Operations)
“OneMEGT” Corporate Sales Team will be responsible for attracting “new” client acquisition and aggressively driving sales outcomes that create cross divisional outcomes and will also provide entry level advice to an organisation on our suite of services.
“OneMEGT” National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the Corporate Sales Team ensuring that new business sales targets are met with significant companies that are not currently MEGT customers.
Program Leader/Trainer Assessor (Education)
This role is designed to be carried out in a part-time capacity one day a week in conjunction with a trainer/assessor role allocated a student case load for the remaining four days. The Program Leader will be responsible for the quality, consistency and compliance of a program regardless of the mode (Campus, Work Place, Short Courses or Online) or location of delivery. This position will be seen as the industry expert for the qualifications that come under it.
Short Course Facilitator (Education)
MEGT Institute currently has an exciting opportunity for a subject matter expert to facilitate our newly operating Short Courses Programs launched and growing in Western Australia.
Public courses are scheduled at our Perth CBD office and we are building our ‘onsite delivery’ to corporate clients. We are offering a full Microsoft Office Suite of programs, in full and part days workshops with MS Word and Excel currently the most popular.
The training delivered needs to be of a high quality by an engaging learning practitioner/Microsoft SME.
