This role is key to driving business opportunities, completing Sign-ups and developing innovative solutions while providing a high standard of service to new and existing clients alike. The role of the Contact Officer provides an important support role within MEGT ANP team, it is responsible for monitoring the progress of Australian Apprentices and providing a courteous and efficient service to employers, Australian Apprentices and other stakeholders. This role will involve organising and conducting scheduled contacts, following up queries and managing administrative functions.  Energy and enthusiasm for the various programs and activities of the company should be displayed in all dealings with others. A self-starter who can efficiently manage time frames is crucial in this role.

Customer Service Officer – Field (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: AUSTRALIA-WIDE  Location: Camberwell, VIC; Traralgon, VIC

Closing date: 12/04/2018

This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Field Team and is responsible for providing internal and external clients quality customer service in the areas on Universal, Gateway and In-Training. The role will be varied and involve performing Progress Contacts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP field staff in completing their roles. The role must be completed in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with relevant guidelines. Industry Mentor – Automotive (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: NEW SOUTH WALES  Location: Greater Sydney Region

The Industry Mentor is primarily responsible for working with the Program Manager to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set via the ISMAA Contract are achieved in all areas. Mentor (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: NEW SOUTH WALES  Location: Sydney CBD

Closing date: 23/04/2018

MEGT (Australia) Ltd will provide mentoring and pastoral care to Australian Apprentices as part of In-training support services under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Contract. All eligible Australian Apprentices will be assessed and have the opportunity to seek support through In-training support services. Apprentices identified as requiring higher level support will receive support from a dedicated mentor. The aim of In-training support services is to improve Australian Apprentice completion rates. Social Media and Communications Coordinator (Office of the CEO/Marketing)
