Customer Service Officer – Field (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: AUSTRALIA-WIDE  Location: Milton, QLD & Moonah, TAS

This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Field Team and is responsible for providing internal and external clients quality customer service in the areas on Universal, Gateway and In-Training. The role will be varied and involve performing Progress Contacts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP field staff in completing their roles. The role must be completed in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with relevant guidelines. Energy and enthusiasm for the various programs and activities of the company should be displayed in all dealings with internal and external clients.  A self-starter who can efficiently manage time frames is required for this role.

Customer Service Officer – National Key Accounts (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

This is a key role within the MEGT ANP National Key Accounts Team and is responsible for providing high quality complex administrative support for key national clients and our National Accounts Team. This role is critical to MEGT ANP’s client retention and growth strategy for key clients and is the conduit to support these clients between our Key Accounts Team, State Teams and Central Processing Units. The role is also an important part of ensuring that our national clients receive a quality and seamless service and are managed under a nationally consistent framework.

Industry Mentor – Construction (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: AUSTRALIA-WIDE  Location: Milton & Loganholme, QLD; Sunshine, VIC

The Industry Mentor is primarily responsible for working with the Program Manager to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set via the ISMAA Contract are achieved in all areas. The role requires an operator with experience and expertise in the relevant industry, including the impacts of structural changes and how this relates to Australian Apprenticeship pathways. In addition, the role requires a good understanding of the workplace and training context of Australian Apprenticeships in the industry, and good mentoring skills with the ability to build rapport with Australian Apprentices, employers and other relevant stakeholders. Mentor (Apprenticeship Network Provider) 

State: NEW SOUTH WALES  Location: Sydney CBD

MEGT (Australia) Ltd will provide mentoring and pastoral care to Australian Apprentices as part of In-training support services under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Contract. All eligible Australian Apprentices will be assessed and have the opportunity to seek support through In-training support services. Apprentices identified as requiring higher level support will receive support from a dedicated mentor. The aim of In-training support services is to improve Australian Apprentice completion rates. An enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and displays a positive attitude will find this a rewarding role.

VTEC Mentor (Recruitment & Management Services/IATN)
