Administration Team Leader (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd (MEGT). In this role you are be required to supervise a team of Customer Service Officers in the ANP Central Processing Unit (CPU) and ensure the unit achieves all requirements, with the ultimate goal of providing ‘Service Excellence’ to our customers. Under limited direction you will be responsible for ensuring that the administrative requirements of running the AASN are fulfilled efficiently and effectively and compliant with the AASN National Contract requirements, whilst identifying areas for improvement. Please note: this a parental leave position from 09/01/2017 to 08/01/2018.
