As part of NAIDOC Week celebrations, we spoke to WA Regional Apprentice of the Year winner, Nathan Maloney. Nathan joined MEGT’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Lead, Matt Fairhurst, and National Marketing and Communications Manager Nick Coe, to talk through a number of topics. Nathan’s stories about growing up a proud Aboriginal man, and his insights about FIFO life as a Chevron-hosted apprentice on the Barrow Island oil and gas facility, make for entertaining listening.
