MEGT has been recruiting and supporting apprentices for global resources company BHP Billiton since 2014 and currently have over 50 apprentices working on BHP sites.

Each year an awards ceremony is held by MEGT and BHP to recognise apprentices who have achieved excellence in their trade. Apprentices are awarded for contribution, safety management, and overall team participation.

This year’s event was held at the Roxby Golf Club and was attended by MEGT Contract Manager Michael Paul and MEGT Training and Development Manager Bob Jensen.

We are very proud of all of our winning apprentices and look forward to continuing to work with BHP to provide further apprenticeship opportunities.
