Achieving success with an adult apprenticeship

Eight days after discussing options with MEGT Consultant Mahir Ozdilek, Anita Hall from Deniliquin, NSW, had secured an adult apprenticeship with Ceres Restaurant.
“It has been a very fast process, from her first trial run for a week to being offered a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery,” explained Mr Ozdilek.
“It is a good example of how the right person for the job, with the best attitude can be successful in a career through an apprenticeship if they have the dedication and determination Anita has shown.
“Ceres Restaurant is a in the heart of Deniliquin and has an excellent reputation for food, a great location, and is renowned for its great customer service.
“Their focus is on quality of staff and Anita brings with her life experience and strong work ethics of an adult apprentice.”
