Apprentice Fabricator

Aussie Balustrading specialise in custom fabrication of balustrade, stairs, handrails and other structural projects including fabrication of stainless steel and mild steel.  An opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Fabricator to join this growing team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Interpreting engineering and architectural plans
- Assist in project's production planning
- Operate various machines including; polishing machines, grinders, drill and band saw

Eagerness to learn is crucial and you must have good safety awareness to work on site and in the workshop. Regular mentoring and training will be provided to enable you to excel in your trade.

We work with high precision and accuracy, hence we are hold five star rating from our clients.  You must be willing to work with such quality standards. 

The business already has one apprentice due to complete their training and would like to add another team member to take on the skills and knowledge from the team of professionals with 20+ years of experience in the fabrication industry. 

This is a full time position, working hours will be 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

To be considered you must have completed an associated certificate II pre-apprenticeship qualification, hold a white card and have a manual drivers licence.
