So, you’ve hired an apprentice or trainee? Congrats – you’ve made a great decision for the success and future of your business and a local job seeker!
Now you just need to make it official by getting a Commonwealth Government Training Contract in place. It may sound complicated but don’t worry – that’s where we come in!
We’ll sign up your apprentice or trainee and register their Training Contract. We’ll then be there to help you every step of the way, acting as the facilitator between you, your apprentice or trainee, the Registered Training Organisation and the State Training Authority.

Once you’ve found the right apprentice or trainee for the job, get in touch with us. We’ll meet with you and your new apprentice or trainee (as well as their parent or guardian if they are under 18) to sign the Training Contract.
At this stage, we can help you choose the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that will deliver training for your apprentice or trainee. We’ll also check your eligibility for Government financial incentives that may be available to offset the cost of training.
We’ll register the Training Contract with the relevant State or Territory Training Authority (STA). The STA will send a confirmation letter once your apprentice or trainee is registered so you can get them enrolled with your chosen RTO and they can start their formal training.
Our service doesn’t end there. We’ll keep in contact with you and your apprentice or trainee to make sure everything is going well. This will either be a phone call, SMS, email or a visit to your workplace.
When your apprentice or trainee has completed their training, we’ll help arrange all the completion documents and – if you’re eligible – we can help you claim your completion incentive payment too.
