The Fair Work Commission has just announced changes to penalty rates in some awards for the following industries:
- Hospitality
- Restaurant
- Fast food
- Retail
These changes will affect some permanent and casual employees working on Sundays, public holidays, evenings or after midnight.
Fair Work haven’t implemented the changes as yet and have announced that the start date for these changes will depend on the award.
