Upskill your team. Upgrade your client support

At MEGT, we know the health, wellbeing and future of your clients is in your hands, so it’s important you have a team of dedicated and qualified carers who’ve gained practical, real-life skills through nationally accredited training.

And like you, the clients we support are at the centre of everything we do. That’s why we wanted to let you know about the Government incentives available when you sign up eligible workers into a nationally accredited traineeship in the Health, Care & Community Services sector.

The following incentives are available to help offset the cost of training – so you can upskill your team to shape the brightest possible future for your clients and your business.

There are more than just financial benefits to upskilling your team

With the health and community services sector booming*, there’s currently no shortage of opportunities – and competition – for Aged Care and Disability workers, Enrolled Nurses and Early Childhood Education and Care staff.

Providing formal training for your team is the perfect way to:

  • Show you’re willing to invest in their skills
  • Help position you as an employer of choice
  • Ensure your workers are motivated and engaged, and
  • Increase staff satisfaction and retention

What next?

To take advantage of available financial incentives, your staff must be signed into a Commonwealth Government Training Contract. It may sound complicated but don’t worry – that’s where we come in!

We’re here to sign up your employees and check your eligibility for financial incentives. We’ll also be here every step of the way throughout their training to provide ongoing advice, information and support.
