Make sure we have your current email address
If you’re not sure which email address we have or you need to update your email address, give us a call on
13 6348 and we’ll be happy to help.
Make sure you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email safe list so Claim SmartForm emails don’t end up in your junk mail!
Use the right device to complete your form
The Claim SmartForm is easy to fill out and only takes a few moments of your time. For best results use a desktop, laptop or tablet device instead of your mobile phone.
Your apprentice or trainee must also authorise the Claim SmartForm
If they’re not available, you can upload evidence of their wages instead, to prove they were employed at the claim effect date.

Your Claim SmartForm will be sent directly to MEGT for processing. If we need further information in order to process your claim, we’ll request this via email.
