With a strong focus on providing excellence in all they do they are an industry leader when it comes to offering their valuable customers innovative, leading edge and reliable security products.  With an ever expanding range of products, you can expect to learn how to become a specialist when it comes to intruder alarm systems, keyless access control, intercoms, closed circuit television systems, and much more. You will learn how to present these specialised products to customers in an expert manner.

Objectives of the role:

This role requires you to be multi skilled, and we would like you to have had some experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- General administrative duties; Data entry, answering phones, filing, photocopying
- Working directly with the Marketing Manager and assist the Business development manager
- Enjoy working with customers, both face to face and over the phone
- Experience working in a customer service environment, where you have dealt with customers from all walks of life
- Respond to product queries or verify calls for business development manager
- Manage internal database (Sage)

Key selection criteria:

As a Marketing Trainee (Sales and Customer service) it is essential that you

- Be on time every day and take pride in your reliability
- Work well in a small team environment
- Be physically fit and able to pick/pack as part of your role
- Are very interested in a long term career with many opportunities on offer
- Have a passion for all things technical and a strong desire to know now things work
- Have excellent attention to detail skills
- Are electronically minded, love the challenge of this particular field
- Have a strong understanding of WHS practices in the workplace
- An organised approach to your work, and are able to multitask as this skill is essential when you work in a customer focussed environment
