MEGT Australian Apprenticeships Centre

Administration Manager
This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd, (MEGT). MEGT’s team of Administration Managers are a dynamic, professional team, integral to the management of MEGT Australian Apprenticeships Centre (AAC) Division.  They have the responsibility of the delivery of MEGT’s Australian Apprenticeships Support Services (AASS) Contract as specified by the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIISRTE).  View position description. 

Administration Team Leader
In this role you are required to supervise a team of customer service/administrative office staff in the AAC Central Processing section. Under limited direction you will be responsible for ensuring that the administrative requirements of running the AAC are fulfilled efficiently and effectively and compliant with the AASS National Contract requirements.

This role involves providing mentoring to young Australians as part the Australian Apprenticeship Mentoring Program. View position description.

Assisstant Administration Manager

Business Relationships Consultant 
The key task of this role is to drive business opportunities by assisting with the navigation of the complexity of the AASS Program with external stakeholders. The role will also facilitate their requirements with internal MEGT AAC stakeholders using standard MEGT’s standard operating processes and procedures to provide these clients with highest standard of service possible in a cost effective and efficient manner. Business Relationships Leader
This role is responsible for promoting MEGT AAC and securing new business.  It is a Business Development focused role and you will be dealing with all levels of business from small family owned operations though to National employers.  The role will also involve supporting the Area Manager with Strategic and Operational planning. Business Relationships Manager
MEGT’s Business Relationships Managers oversee designated sales territories, sales professionals in a sales team and have the responsibility of delivering the sales and engagement activities of MEGT’s Australian Apprenticeships Support Services (AASS) Contract as specified by DIICCSRTE within their designated territory. Business Relationships Support Officer
This position is an important support role within the MEGT AAC Field Operations Team. Energy and enthusiasm in performing the facilitation of sign ups and various other tasks will challenge the employee to provide the highest standard of service within MEGT Australian Apprenticeships Centre (AAC). Customer Service Administration Officer

In this role, you are required to supervise a team of Customer Support Centre Operatives in the AAC Division and to ensure the Customer Support Centre achieves all requirements and that these are fulfilled efficiently and effectively with regards to Customer Support activities. General Manager AAC
This role is responsible for leading the National AAC team in the delivery of MEGT’s Australian Apprenticeships Support Services (AASS) Contract as specified by the Commonwealth Department of Industry. View position description

Key Accounts Consultant
MEGT’s Key Accounts Consultants have the responsibility of managing the central client relationship for a key account and the complex AASS processes and procedures for key national clients to make the process of using the Australian Apprenticeships system as easy and as positive as possible .for their business and their apprentices and trainees. Key Accounts Support Officer - National Accounts
This is a key role within the MEGT AAC National Accounts and Marketing Team and is responsible for providing high quality complex administrative support for key national clients and our National Accounts Team. This role is critical to MEGT AAC’s client retention and growth strategy for key clients and is the conduit to support these clients between our MEGT AAC Sales and Marketing Team, State Teams and Central Processing Units.View position description

This position provides an important support role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd. State Business Operations Manager
T
his role is responsible for supporting the State Manager to manage the operational aspects of the AAC business and to facilitate functions between the state, national Account and Central Processing Unit (CPU) teams. This role is primarily responsible for working with the State Manager and Area Managers as part of the state management team to ensure optimum financial, compliance and operational performance. State Key Priority Groups Specialist State Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategies on a state basis to ensure compliance with the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIISRTE)  Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) contractual obligations in increasing participation, retention and completion rates of Indigenous Australian Apprentices, Australian School-Based apprentices, Mature aged workers, people with a disability and within skill needs occupations. Student Services Officer ABILITY English
To deliver high level customer service to Ability students and Staff. To provide the first point of contact and the first impression for ABILITY’s customers. To provide various student services. To ensure the activities of the campus are operated effectively and efficiently, providing a quality service to the students and staff within the Standards and Criteria for ELT centres and National Code of Practice. Financial Controller
The primary focus of the role is managing the group’s financial accounting and compliance which encompasses all aspects of day to day accounting, month end and year end reporting as well as statutory and regulatory compliance. View position description

Management Accountant
The primary focus of the role is to support the Commercial Manager in providing management accounting reports and supporting the business and subsidiaries in analysing results and any queries that arise. View position description.

Senior Financial Accountant
