MEGT is a national business with five core business units - the  Australian Apprenticeships Centre, Recruitment and Management Services, MEGT Education (comprising MEGT Institute and ABILITY English), Workforce Planning Australia and MEGT (UK).
MEGT support services include: MEGT Finance, MEGT Information Technology, MEGT People & Safety,  MEGT Project Management Office and MEGT Operations (including Marketing and Corporate Sales Team). 

Admissions Officer  (Education)

The Admissions Officer is responsible for the provision of all aspects of student admissions and accommodation services for international and domestic students enrolling in on-campus courses offered by MEGT Education Group (ABILITY English and MEGT Institute). The role requires a process-driven approach, coupled with creativity, enthusiasm and a customer-centric focus to ensure operational efficiencies, as well as student and stakeholder expectations are met.

Recruitment Consultant (OPR/RMS)

This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd’s Group Training Division.  The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities in addition to sourcing new vacancies through reverse marketing.  The Recruitment Consultant will recruit candidates to be placed with host employers within a range of industry sectors. An understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies will be required to be effective in this role.   A confident self starter, who enjoys working in an autonomous role, will find this position attractive and challenging.

Program Leaders  (Education)

This is a key position within MEGT’s Education Division that requires leadership, enthusiasm and dedication with a focus on program quality, consistency and compliance. A Program Leader will be appointed to each of the main programs within MEGT Institute. This role is designed to be carried out in a part-time capacity in conjunction with another role. For example, a part-time trainer or teacher may also be a Program Leader one day a week (or whatever EFT load assigned to it by GM). The Program Leader will be responsible for the quality, consistency and compliance of a program regardless of the mode (Campus, Work Place, Short Courses or Online) or location of delivery. This position will be seen as the industry expert for the qualifications that come under it.
