MEGT Australian Apprenticeships Centre helps make it easier for you to employ and retain apprentices and trainees so you can concentrate on your business. 

MEGT Australian Apprenticeships Centre is contracted by the Australian government to provide employers with free administrative support and advice concerning their Australian Apprenticeships and monitor the Australian Apprentices’ progress.

  • assistance in sourcing training providers
  • expert advice
  • assessment of eligibility for employer incentives plus additional and/or special incentives where applicable and personal benefits for apprentices
  • management of employer and Australian Apprenticeships incentive payments
  • assistance with funding options for Australian Apprentices with a disability
  • registration of apprentices and trainees
  • 24 hour access to tracking of the Australian Apprenticeship and pre-populated claims forms
  • mentoring support for eligible apprentices.

An MEGT Consultant will visit you in your workplace to help with, and advise on, the administration of everything from signups to completions of your apprentices and trainees. It's a totally free service.

MEGT makes apprenticeships, traineeships and training happen.
