Training for your apprentice or trainee using MEGT Group Training

MEGT Group Training is the legal employer of the apprentice or trainee we place with you as a host employer. So we will organise the appropriate training for them and ensure everything runs as it should.

You provide them with the appropriate amount of time to do their formal training (whether it is done on-the-job or off-the-job) and spend time showing them the skills you have acquired in your industry over the years.
