MEGT's vision is to be a leading provider of quality employment, education, training and related services.

Mission statement

MEGT will:

• participate in the development of a highly skilled nation by providing education and training to both individuals and businesses, with an emphasis on apprenticeships and traineeships
• work with employers to resolve their skills and staffing needs
• provide education and training to create employment opportunities for the benefit of the community and individuals, including disadvantaged groups
• work with governments to implement programs they initiate and fund for the benefit of communities
• provide educational opportunities for international students that enhance their capacity to add value to their countries or address skill shortages in Australia
• develop services and income streams that allow MEGT to operate as a self sufficient entity, in order to promote its social and corporate objectives.
